TARIFF RANGE (2012): From £220.00 (per bungalow per week low season) to £495.00 (per bungalow per week high season).

SHORT BREAK TARIFF RANGE (2012): From £44.00 (per bungalow per night low season -minimum stay of three nights) to £90.00 (per bungalow per night high season - minimum stay of three nights). Please note that short breaks and mid week bookings are not available during the Summer Peak and various other prime weeks - please check below).

Bookings can only become effective on receipt of completed booking information/form together with 25% (approx.) deposit. A receipt/statement will be returned immediately that your booking is received.

The balance of payment as per your statement becomes due six weeks prior to commencement of your holiday

In cases of cancellation the deposit will be forfeited. We reserve the right to the whole of the money due although every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation, thereby allowing a refund at the discretion of the proprietors. We therefore recommend that holiday insurance cover be taken to provide for any unforeseen circumstances.

Group or Party Bookings for more than 2 bungalows are not accepted without prior agreement.

Bungalows are strictly not transferable without prior agreement and acceptance of the proprietors. Only the number of persons stated, named and agreed at the time of booking are permitted. Additional persons cannot be added or persons substituted without prior agreement and acceptance by the proprietors.

The Proprietors reserve the right to inspect condition of bungalows prior to guest's departure.

Bungalows shall be vacated in a clean & tidy condition (as per arrival condition). The Proprietors reserve the right to impose a £40.00 cleaning surcharge (without recourse) where, in their opinion, this condition is not met. The proprietors also reserve the right to request the £40 surcharge on arrival (as a returnable deposit if these conditions are met).

All breakage's/damage must be reported and paid for (at the proprietors discretion), including equipment provided for outdoor games & games barn. Please note that the games barn is closed end of October to April.

A responsible adult shall accompany children when using the Games Barn/games equipment. Parents and guardians must ascertain that the facility/game/equipment is suitable/safe for the use of their children/charges. The proprietors do not accept any responsibility for injury or damage to persons or their property.

Well-behaved pets are welcome at all times (subject to the discretion of the proprietors). Pet owners shall keep pets under control (on leads) whilst on site. Please clean up after your pet. Pets should not be allowed on the furniture or left unattended in bungalows.
