Butterdon Mill Holiday Homes are located on the north side of (and approximately 100 metres from) the A390, halfway between Merrymeet and St.Ive.

From the A38, we are situated 3 miles from Liskeard on the A390 Callington and Tavistock road. At Merrymeet stay on the A390 for 1 mile, turn left at the Butterdon Mill Holiday Homes sign (dark blue lettering on light blue background - located just beyond the turning) and we are the second driveway on the left.

From the A30, follow the signs for Callington. We are 6 miles from Callington on the A390 Liskeard road.  On leaving St.Ive we are approximately 1 mile on the right hand side. Turn right just beyond the Butterdon Mill Holiday Homes sign (dark blue lettering on light blue background) and we are the second driveway on the left.

If you are planning to use a sat-nav on your journey, please note that it will direct you to the centre of the PL14 3LS postcode area which is located on the south side of the A390.  We are actually located on the north side of the A390, approximately half a mile from the postcode centre.  To avoid confusion, please refer to the directions above for the last half mile of your journey.
